Hardware developmentHardware development

The hardware forms the foundation of every measurement system. We handle the entire design and development process – from the initial concept through to near-production implementation.

Right from the early stages of development, we take into account all relevant external factors such as temperature, humidity, mechanical stress, EMC requirements and protection class specifications. This forms the basis for functional and durable housing and hardware designs.

Thanks to our in-house 3D printer, we are able to produce prototypes quickly and efficiently. This allows us to rapidly iterate, optimise and refine the design in a practical and cost-effective manner.

The final enclosures and components are manufactured in close collaboration with selected regional partners. This ensures high quality, short lead times and reliable implementation.

If off-the-shelf solutions are not sufficient, we can develop customised sensor systems tailored to your specific application.

Thanks to our close integration of mechanical engineering, electronics, software and an in-house chemistry laboratory, we can implement even the most complex measurement principles. We can develop specialised sensor concepts for challenging environments, such as those found in agriculture, industry and vehicle manufacturing.
