IfU Diagnostic Systems GmbH is an official distribution partner of Tessonics Europe GmbH. Tessonics’ ultrasonic testing systems offer a wide range of options for the non-destructive testing of spot welds and adhesive bonds, such as those used in the automotive industry. The systems from our partner Tessonics are used by well-known manufacturers such as BMW, AUDI, VOLVO and SKODA, as well as numerous suppliers.

RSWA F-2RSWA F-2

The RSWA F-2 is the successor to the popular RSWA F-1. Compared to its predecessor, the new model is around 50% lighter and slimmer. It also features a high-resolution, 10.1-inch touchscreen display. The RSWA F-2 is network-compatible, meeting the current requirements of state-of-the-art industrial production.

Tessonics Data Service (TDS) is data management software that enables central management of all connected RSWA F-2 devices. Test data can be made available to any authorised user within a network virtually in real time, and updated test plans can be uploaded to the devices via the network. Access to the data is possible without installing any additional software.

Furthermore, the proven test head of the RSWA system has been further developed. In the current version, faulty cables can be replaced independently of the test head, significantly reducing operating costs compared to the RSWA F-1.

RSWA F-2 probes

A newly developed probe head technology allows the cable to be easily replaced in the event of damage. This can be done by loosening the fixing screws, thereby significantly reducing maintenance and servicing costs.
The probe heads for the RSWA F-2 are available with both 52 and 120 ultrasonic elements.

RSWA F-2 Pen Probe

The pen-type probe is modelled on a welding electrode, allowing access to hard-to-reach areas and deep-seated weld points.
With 52 elements and a pitch of 1.25 × 1.25 mm, its ultrasonic performance is comparable to that of the well-established RSWA standard probes.

The TTG 1 is a state-of-the-art wall thickness gauge developed by Tessonics, offering excellent value for money, to which various ultrasonic probes can be connected.
Its user-friendly and industrial-grade design ensures ease of use and customer-oriented measurement applications. The TTG 1 offers various measurement modes, such as a numerical, A-scan or B-scan display, and is suitable for both simple wall thickness measurements and corrosion testing with data logging.
