Process monitoring

Our solutions enable the analysis, control and optimisation of complex manufacturing processes in real time. We focus in particular on thermal coating processes, where precise process data is crucial for quality and reproducibility.

By combining state-of-the-art sensor technology with intelligent data analysis, relevant process parameters can be continuously monitored and recorded. Systems such as EMICON SA or the NIR-II sensor provide key information for stable process control and early fault detection.
